Beautiful Rare Navajo Original Oil Painting, 24 X 36 Ozz Franca 1986

This beautiful painting was done by “OZZ FRANCA”. Original, signed, and one of a kind. A beautiful piece to hang up and show-off the beauty of the culture. During the career of Mr. Franca, he was hired by Walt Disney to do illustrations for “Lady and the Tramp and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”. An artist of high standards and regard. The painting is 24″ x 36″ in size. There is his autograph in the lower right corner. The painting shows to have been painted in 1986. It is vibrant in colors, very rich, and just shows class! BAHAH-ZHONIE aka FRANK AUSTIN NAVAJO (BORN 1938) RARE LARGE ORIGINAL FRAMED WATERCOLOR ON PAPER. LARGE BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL PIECE BY “BAHAH-ZHONIE” aka FRANK AUSTIN, BORN 1938 IN TSEGI CANYON, ARIZONA, IS SIGNED “BAHAH-ZHONIE”’64. THIS IS JUST A BEAUTIFUL AND HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE PIECE. THE COLORS ARE BEAUTIFULLY PRESERVED, NEVER HAVING BEEN DISPLAYED AND STORED AWAY FROM THE LIGHT. THE DETAIL IS STUNNING. MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 15 6/16″ WIDE X 19 1/2″ TALL AND HAS A 3 WHITE MAT SURROUNDING IT. IT IS FRAMED IN A BRUSHED SILVER METAL FRAME BRINGING THE TOTAL MEASUREMENT TO 22″ X 26″. THE LARGE KACHINA IMAGE ITSELF MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 16″ TALL X 7″ AT THE WIDEST POINT AND IS PAINTED ON A CREAM COLORED BASE. IT IS IN IT’S ORIGINAL FRAME AND APPEARS TO BE IN GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION. IT IS FRAMED IN GLASS AND THERE IS SOME UNAVOIDABLE REFLECTION IN THE PHOTOS FROM THE FLASH. EXAMINED AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE FOR DISCLOSURE. IT WILL NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE FRAME FOR FURTHER EXAMINATION. THERE ARE TWO SMALL BLACK POINT TIP SIZE DOTS (PICTURED) AND SOME NORMAL VERY LIGHT POSSIBLE TONING SPOTS NOT SURE. THERE IS SOME LIGHT TONING AT THE MAT EDGE.
